When your mood is down, INCENTIVISE your brain.

If you feel not ok, make a tea, get a book and read. You are lacking of knowledge, that’s why. Or any activity that associates with adding knowledge (can be cooking a new recipe – activity must be just SIMPLE) should be leveling you up from not knowing to “hey, I got a fun fact!”.

Knowing and/or making is incentivizing your brain — prevent your brain muscle from down-lobbing, giving up and refuse to intelligence. Just change to quick and SIMPLE activity that gives back to you like positive feedback mechanism.

Your brain shall appreciate and this should quickly boost and correct your mood.
